RETURN POLICY

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you, and also why we don't offer returns or exchanges (see exceptions below).

EXCEPTION FOR DAMAGED GOODS

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our print on demand company are covered at our expense.
